MISA Ontario’s Executive is seeking to hire a consultant to assist in creating a five-year strategic plan for the association.

The Executive has published a statement of work for the engagement, which is enclosed in PDF format. The engagement is scheduled to begin in March and end in May, involving about 10 days of work over that period.

Ralph Blauel, past president of MISA Ontario and director of information technology for Halton Region, is serving as project manager. The five-year plan is intended to establish directions and identify resources for MISA Ontario following an Executive session in December 2009 that identified options for strategic directions and priorities.
